74Wythe is a 15,000 sq ft multi-functional hospitality venue spanning three stories and four uniquely designed spaces offering virtually unlimited configurations for special events. The main interior room and mezzanine of this 1920s-era spice blending factory boast two full-service bars, a performance stage, cloakroom, and green room. The expansive, newly redeveloped rooftop offers west-facing waterfront and Manhattan skyline views from four distinct seating sections. The main roof deck is fully covered by a glass retractable canopy ensuring events will go on in all four seasons, regardless of the weather.
