Featured Wedding: Heather & Dillon

Heater & Dillon
August 31, 2013 @ Pier Sixty

The Story

Heather is the daughter of avid bird watchers. Dillon was a boyfriend who was eager to impress his future in-laws. So what did he do? He proposed during a bird walk through a Maryland state park on a chilly December morning. The couple chose Pier Sixty as their venue because it’s “modern, clean, and provided the necessary space for our large wedding,” says Heather. “It also offered a great view, fresh air, but with the peace of mind of an indoor venue.”

Wedding Style

Modern, bright colors and with an outdoorsy feel.
