74Wythe | Abigail Kirsch

74Wythe, Williamsburg’s newest 15,000 square foot multi-functional hospitality venue, spans three stories and four uniquely designed spaces offering virtually unlimited configurations for special events. Each space delivers a unique design, while carrying common themes throughout and preserving the building’s 1929 origins as a spice blending factory once known as Superior Ingredients.

The main interior room and mezzanine boast two full-service bars, a performance stage, cloakroom, and green room. The expansive, newly redeveloped rooftop offers west-facing waterfront and Manhattan skyline views from four distinct seating sections. The main roof deck is fully covered by a glass retractable canopy ensuring events will go on in all four seasons and regardless of weather.
