Clinton Mercantile is a centrally located, raw venue adjacent to the Hudson River, neighboring midtown Manhattan, Hudson Yards, and the Javits Center.
This polished industrial venue consists of two unique spaces, including a ground floor and a second floor, each with distinguishing characteristics. With two dedicated lobbies, the two floors can be utilized separately or combined for a multi-level event. Both spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and customizable lighting options.
The ground floor at Clinton Mercantile offers 10,000 square feet of usable space, drive-up accessibility, and numerous entrances. This space is a perfect standalone venue or complementary to a larger event along with the second floor.
The second floor, also consisting of 10,000 square feet, features exposed brick, oversized windows, and warm, neutral flooring, making it the perfect backdrop for hosting more private events, such as VIP receptions or exclusive product launches.
