Our Grind-to-Order Station Featured at Astor House!

When it came time to collaborate with the Astor House for their launch party, we knew this amazing space would lend itself perfectly for we like to call our Grind-to-Order Vegetable Tartare! This veg-forward, interactive station featured freshly pureed root vegetables (literally put through a grinder in front of guests) combined with a carrot yogurt tahini and apple rosemary shrub. Guests also enjoyed our Cauliflower & Mushroom Tacos as well as our Kabocha Squash “Riblets,” along with our ever popular hemp-infused Gin & Chronic cocktail.
